Portichol beach / La barraca
It is also a good place for scuba diving, snorkeling and kayaking.
Access is direct from the road, at the side of which there is a fairly large parking lot.
During the summer months, there is capacity control for cars, as there are only a limited number of spaces.
This beach is also known as the Barraca cove.
It is quite long and is especially known for its old fishermen's houses,
which are white with blue doors. Many people take pictures next to these with some
very nice views behind.
If you're not one of the first, bring good shoes...
This beach has public restrooms.
If you're someone who likes to explore the coast and remote locations in your kayak, canoe, or paddleboard, you can do so from here as long as you request authorization.
